SPRINT SEASON TRAINING

Sprint season training is for individuals who are looking for performance recovery after their competitive season, or who have limited time to prepare for an upcoming season. Athletes receive initial performance test, evaluation report, custom tailored program, and 8-weeks of performance training classes.

FULL SEASON TRAINING

Full-Season training is for individuals who are looking for measurable gains during their offesason, or who are looking to fix their athletic weaknesses. Athletes receive initial performance test, initial evaluation report, custom tailored program, and 3-months of performance training classes, and final performance test and report.

ANNUAL

For dedicated club, high-school, or college-bound athletes, a training program designed bring you to max performance during competition. Includes 4-season testing and reporting program, 5-season custom performance training, and discounts on focused training programs.

SPECIALTY TRAINING PROGRAMS

VOLLEYBALL - Training League

Summer training league is for volleyball athletes who don’t want to lose their skill base for their Junior High season. Enhance your play before tryouts and have fun. Program consists of two, 2-hour sessions per week. with one session focused on individual skills, and one session focused on team interaction.

SUMMER PERFORMANCE CAMP

Summer is a prime time to build a great athlete. Athletic Republic offers a fexible weekly Summer Performance Camp that trains all the tools you need: power, strength, vertical, speed, and quickness. Customize your training to meet your summer schedule.
