Sprint season training is for individuals who are looking for performance recovery after their competitive season, or who have limited time to prepare for an upcoming season. Athletes receive initial performance test, evaluation report, custom tailored program, and 8-weeks of performance training classes.

FULL SEASON TRAINING
Full-Season training is for individuals who are looking for measurable gains during their offesason, or who are looking to fix their athletic weaknesses. Athletes receive initial performance test, initial evaluation report, custom tailored program, and 3-months of performance training classes, and final performance test and report.
Duration: 3 months
For dedicated club, high-school, or college-bound athletes, a training program designed bring you to max performance during competition. Includes 4-season testing and reporting program, 5-season custom performance training, and discounts on focused training programs.
